The Homecheck property check-in service
Before a new tenant moves into your rental property, Homecheck produces a property inventory and condition report of the property. As part of the property check-in process, a Homecheck member of staff will compare this report with the condition of the property on the day the tenant moves into your rental property.
As part of our personalised service, we will also meet and greet your new tenant, walk them through the property inventory, noting and agreeing all fixtures, furnishings and overall condition of their new home. Homecheck will also guide the new tenant through meter readings, locating utility isolation valves and, where able, demonstrate how to operate heating controls. Homecheck will also obtain receipts for any statutory documents such as Energy Performance Certificates and Gas Safety Certificates and hand over keys.
