Want To Lose Weight? – Milk is often advertised as a good source of Calcium, and although high in Calcium, it is also very acidic meaning that your body requires large amount of alkaline minerals like Calcium to neutralise this acidity, eventually robbing the body of more Calcium than is present in the Milk. Green leafy vegetables, nuts and particularly Sesame seeds are all much better sources.
