Well, since I finished my nutrition module and exams for my updated personal training qualification, everyone I meet keeps asking me for diet tips and nutrition advice.
No problem, that’s what I’m here for. When Vernon was looking to lose weight and burn off some fat the hardest thing for him to change was his eating habits.
